Creative Wax Working is a course designed for anyone who wishes to explore their creativity and imagination through the making of unique jewellery or small metal objects. Participants are encouraged to experiment freely with different types of wax — including liquid, soft, and melted forms — and to explore a range of forming and texturing techniques. Each outcome naturally reflects the participant’s own interests and sensibilities, allowing them to discover a personal approach and way of working.
No prior metalworking, drawing, or design experience is required.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have created several unique pieces in wax. Casting is not included in the course; once their wax pieces are finished, participants may take them to any caster of their choice. Recommendations for trusted silver and gold casters in Bangkok are available upon request.
